Understand our refund process and terms for purchased products

Refund Policy & Disputes

Refunds are only issued at my sole discretion. No refunds will be granted unless Tay personally confirms and authorizes it.

Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks will be fully contested and will result in an immediate blacklist from all current and future services.

If you do not receive your product (e.g., a key) after purchase, please open a support ticket either through the platform or in the official Discord. You will be prompted with this option after completing your order.

In the rare event of a delivery issue and you paid by card, I will make every effort to resolve the problem within 1–3 business days. If Tay is unable to resolve the issue within that timeframe, a refund may only be considered if Tay explicitly approves it.
